If this is your first time worshiping at Williamson Memorial, we’d like to welcome you to our worship at 11:00am on Sunday morning!
Here’s what to expect:
You’ll find the service in the sanctuary, which you can enter through the main doors, or up the stairs if you dropped by the nursery or fellowship area first. Prior to the service, there is coffee, food and fellowship downstairs (you can follow the sign in the parking lot to find the outside entrance). While we hope you have a great time during fellowship, we ask that you don’t take food or drink upstairs into the main sanctuary.
The service will start with a welcome from the lay worship leader promptly at 11 am. Expect good music from our organist and our experienced choir, as well as a relevant, Bible based message from our Pastor, Rev. Dave Baker. Pastor Dave also does contemporary music around once a month.
If this is your first time as our guest, we don’t expect a gift from you, but would be thrilled to have you fill out and return the connection card found in your bulletin so that we can follow up with you!
After the service, we tend to chat and have fellowship for 15 minutes or so and then meet up at the Tuscany Grill on Highway 58 for lunch. We’d love for you to join us there!
Answers to some questions you might have:
What to wear?
We want you to feel comfortable worshiping, so feel free to dress comfortably. Most men wear slacks and a nice shirt, and most women wear a dress.
What do I do with my kids?
If you have a child from 0-2, please register for the nursery ahead of time at this link. Then feel free to drop your child off at the nursery downstairs when you arrive. We’ll send you a text during the service if your child needs you. Please check out the nursery page for more information. If you have a child from 3-12, they are welcome to stay in the service (children’s bulletins and crayons are provided near where you enter) or to leave for kid’s church after the children’s sermon. Check out the Kid’s Worship page for more information.
Do I need anything for the service?
You don’t need anything other than a pen to take notes with, if you like. Bibles are provided in the sanctuary.
